Students studying at Associate, Undergraduate or Graduate levels at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University...

(ZBEU) can study at any university abroad for one term or one academic year as Free Mover students even though there is no cooperation protocol between the universities on condition that they pay the tuition fee demanded by the host university.

Similarly, students from any university abroad studying at Associate, Undergraduate or Graduate levels can study at Bülent Ecevit University as Free Mover students for one term or one academic year by paying the tuition fee for the term or academic year.

Unlike other student exchange programs, students wishing to study at a university by means of the Free Mover Program have to contact the university they want to study directly to collect information about the program to be applied and documents required.

Students are obliged to cover their travel, travel insurance, health insurance, accommodation expenditure and tuition fees at BEU or any host university themselves.
